Bouncing Back From Life’s Problems “With More Power and More Smarts”

This keynote, workshop, or full-day training is a motivational boost for anyone struggling with crisis, grief, trauma, and/or stress–or for those who help others to overcome these problems. It emphasizes the well-documented human capacity to overcome and transcend adversity, offering practical suggestions from the psychological research on how people do this.

Participants will be able to identify their personal “resiliency builders” and learn how to make them grow; they will take The Resiliency Quiz and discover how to strengthen their ability to overcome whatever adversity they are facing; and they will understand their unique personal strengths and why, ultimately, “what is right with them is more powerful than anything that is wrong.”

This presentation is appropriate for both adult and youth audiences.
